The A726 dual carriageway has a continuous footway from the edge of Paisley to the Hurlet and beyond, which could be upgraded to shared-use standard for those that need to use it.

The lack of cycle facilities on the A726 could be addressed by a modest upgrade of the existing footway to shared-use standards. Note that the dropped kerb crossing on the far side of the roundabout has been completed blocked for pedestr ... [more]

Here at the seaward end of Hythe Pier a cyclist waits for the ferry across the Solent to Southampton’s Town Quay. The oil-tank car is used to carry fuel to the Hythe ferries along the pier’s famous railway.

Not just anti-cyclist but virtually anti-human.

Definitely not a cycle bridge, alas, in the port of Nueva Palmira, Uruguay - if only it could have been a bit wider!

The plethora of signposts blocking the pavement includes a "no passage - except cycles" sign. This is at the rising bollards on the bus route through the "commercial estate / "sheds" on Newmarket Road.

I'm not sure this should be like this!

The track ends at the bridge in the distance then continues on the other side of Ruta 3 to the edge of Salto - not too terrible considering how hot it is and how few people will bother cycling out to the Termas. [2019 - there is now a narr ... [more]

  • Icon 112274 There are a number of households from 332-340 Old Ford rd that would like a bike hangar from cyclehoop through Tower Hamlets council. We’ve had 2 bikes stolen in last month.

Disguise Ltd, the company moving into the offices would like to encourage as many of their employees to cycle as possible. Their current premises has bike storage nearby, and are hoping that they can retain and even grow the number of employees who cycle to work. Having secure bike storage would hugely influence the number of people who cycle. There are currently around 90 employees who will be moving into the office in January. This will also benefit the new tenants of the apartments.

  • Icon 112162 At the end of Pomeroy Street at the Queens Road end before the traffic lights. There has been a continuous set of stationary cars jusy dumped there just for the sole purpose of advertising a Cash 4 Cars service. As soon as the car is removed another one takes it place. Why not replace it with bike parking since it's not taking up a useful parking space. It would benefit the residents of Pomeroy Street as we live in flats and few have secure storage for bikes. My neighbours would take advantage of it. The others nearby are all full or for other estates.
